First step to be taken by Leader.

A. Category Election.
1.	Direct President election.
2.	Negative voting.
3.	All provinces to be given status of the country all Chief Minister should be promoted as a Prime Minister.

B. Category Law
1.	No bail but jail.
2.	Maximum trial 90 days.
3.	Speedy judgment.
4.	Strengthening of law.
5.	Law day. (like budget day amendment of law every tear. Old impractical laws to be modified with relevant new applicable law more effective as per the place, time, person and circumstances)

C. Defense
1.	Corporate defense.
2.	Willful disarmament in the society.

D. Education
1.	Progressive education.

E. Health.
1.	Preventive, curative.
2.	Law with punishment for adulteration.
